  • What is the Minimum Order?

There is no minimum order. You can buy what you want. Orders under £300 incur a £9 Delivery charge.

  • Who pays for the return of goods? What is your returns policy?

 

The buyer must inform us by email that they are intending to return the goods within 14 days of purchase.

The buyer is wholly responsible to arrange for the return of the goods by courier and please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit

Once assessed, a decision will be made as to a refund of the faulty or damaged merchandise.

Goods will not be accepted back after 14 days of delivery..

The return of goods and transport costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. A refund will be made within 5 working days of the goods being received back to us - Not including carriage charges, providing the goods are in the same condition as when purchased. This includes all packaging to be fully intact. All the items must be returned, so if for eg you have bought a bundle of 50 bras ALL the 50 bras must be returned in the same brand new condition as they were sold. If you bought a bundle of 10 bras ALL the 10 bras must be returned etc. If any part of the bundle is missing no refund will be given.

Please be aware that we will not be responsible for any further shipping costs incurred by the buyer, and are unable to refund or credit items which in our opinion are, either not faulty, or have been deliberately damaged.

Please note that we must be notified of any shortage of goods within 48 hours of receipt of goods

  • Can we use the photos on your website to sell the products?

YES. We have many others as well that we can send you.


 

  • Can I choose the sizes of the bras in the bundle?

YES. You can email us before you buy to check that we have the sizes.We would try to give you the sizes requested but cannot promise that you would get the sizes as we have many sales and our stock is constantly changing. Also a minimum of 6 per size should be requested.

Please email us before you buy so that we can check our stock for you.

 

 


 I only want 1 or 2 pcs per size?

All our bundles come in assorted sizes and we cannot send you specific sizes in the bundles unless 6 pcs per size are requested. Before you buy you must email us with your request for us to check the stock as our available sizes constantly change.

In all our bundles we aim to provide you with a very good range of sizes. You would not get only 1 or 2 sizes in the range. For eg in a bundle of 10 bras we aim to give you 10 different sizes. In a bundle of 50 bras, for eg, we aim to give you atleast 30 - 35 different sizes, providing the item is not on clearance or special offer.

In certain clearance items we have limited sizes. Please read the description fully and if you need clarification then please contact us before you buy.

 

 

  • I need 1 bra. Can you supply 1 Bra?

No. We are for traders only. We can supply you a list of customers who are willing to selling you 1 bra at retail prices. Please visit Our Retail Shop to view some online suppliers where you can buy some of our bras in smaller quantities of 1 unit and more.

 

  • Can I pay by credit card?

We accept payment by PAYPAL. You do not need a paypal account and can use your credit card to pay us on Paypal.


  • How quick do you deliver?

We aim to send out goods within 72 working hours but sometimes this will take longer.

 

 

  • Do you ship overseas?

We supply many countries all over the world. Just email us before you buy and we will get you a courier quote.

 

All overseas customers must check what duty and other local taxes they have to pay in their own country. The customers/buyers themselves are liable for all import taxes and not the seller.
